Valenzuela unveils ‘VAL ID’ for PWDs, elderly
THE Valenzuela City government has unveiled the latest design of the identification card (ID) for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and senior citizens, along with a new digital portal for real-time validation – the so-called VAL ID.
